City Hall consists of 12 residential floors plus two levels of parking. Lobby is on the 3rd floor. Rooms are single-sex; floors are co-ed.

• Room specific: Each apartment offer marble bathrooms and designer kitchens. Many of the apartments have balconies that overlook City Hall's outdoor pool and courtyard. The apartment's kitchen offers a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher and stove. Among the many other amenities, each apartment is furnished with beds, desks, desk chairs, sofa chairs, lamps, a coffee table and a dining table. In addition, the property has a fitness center and a laundry facility.
