Guthridge consists of 8 residential floors and one basement. Rooms are single-sex; floors are co-ed.

  • Laundry facilities
  • Room specific: Each fully furnished apartment has a private bathroom, and cooking facility, either a complete kitchen or a microwave oven and a refrigerator.
  • A green space is being constructed behind the building and will be used as outdoor space for students
