International House, commonly referred to as I-House, is a co-ed student residence hall at 2201 Virginia Ave. hosting 176 students and designated as Greek housing.

- Room specific: Each apartment has its own private bathroom. Each room comes equipped with a dining table, bed, desk, and desk chair, and 24 of the apartments have balconies overlooking 23rd street down to the Watergate. One tier of seven single rooms has microwave ovens and refrigerators in place of full kitchens.
